Prof. MOK Tracy
Team Leader
Tracy is the brain behind all the researches here. She oversees, gives direction and advices to all the researchers. With the vision of bringing digital and technological reformation to the fashion industry, Tracy keeps bringing in inspiring perspectives and turning them into powerful tools and applications for fashion.
XIE Ningrong, Lucy
PhD graduate, 2020
Lucy is working on the Intelligent made to measure platform development, Size Recommendation and Auto-grading. She obtained her PhD in Apparel Technology at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is working as the Post-Doctoral Fellow. She graduated from the University of Manchester in 2015 with a Master’s degree. She is interested in digital fashion, apparel fit, 3D body scanning and ergonomics.
ZHANG Feng
Technical Consultant
Feng is a dedicated specialist in pose estimation with extensive experience in developing innovative solutions in the field. With a strong background in computer vision and machine learning, he has successfully implemented algorithms that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of pose detection systems.
ZHOU Yangping
Technical Manager
With over 10 years of experience in program development and coding, Yangping is professional in several programming languages, she excels in creating efficient and scalable software solutions. In addition to her coding expertise, Yangping is skilled in server setup and database management, ensuring optimal performance and security for complex systems.

KWAN Yeeting, Annie
Media Designer
Annie works on digital marketing tasks including video production and development of advertising and marketing campaigns. She was also responsible for the UI/UX designs for web and mobile application. She had developed user flows and wireframes for AR and fashion platform app.
NG Sinying
Sustainability Specialist; MPhil graduate, 2024
Ying focuses on user experience preferences analysis and design for online business of individualised fashion. Her research interest also includes requirement elicitation for fashion online platform and sustainable fashion.

WU Yingying
PhD Graduate, 2012. Associate Professor, Kansas state university, US
Dr. Yingying Wu is an Associate Professor of Fashion Studies at Kansas State University, United States. She earned her M.Phil. degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2012 under the supervision of Dr. Tracy Mok, followed by a Ph.D. from Cornell University. Her research focuses on functional apparel design, as well as the application of machine learning models and large-scale 3D anthropometric data in apparel sizing studies.
ZHU Shuaiyin
PhD Graduate, 2017. Set up startup company in Shenzhen as well as in Hong Kong for technology transfer, CEO, Shenzhen, China
Dr. Zhu is the CEO of Shenzhen TOZ Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. He graduated with an MPhil from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2013 and obtained his PhD from the same university in 2017, both under the supervision of Dr. Tracy Mok. His research focuses and interests include precise three-dimensional human reconstruction, machine learning, data analysis, and other related fields.
LI Runze
PhD Graduate, 2019, further study in Switzerland
Runze worked on virtual clothing fitting by combining 2D pattern design, automated pattern placement on customized human models, and 3D clothing simulation and rendering to create realistic virtual try-ons.

QU Hong, Zoe
PhD Graduate, 2023. Currently Postdoc, Hong Kong Industrial Artificial Intelligence & Robotics (FLAIR), HK
Zoe was focusing on the research project on the Intelligent Systems for Digital Pattern Analysis and Design Support. Her research lied in the areas of Fashion CAD and Machine Learning. She was interested in digital pattern analysis and learning-based design support tasks with minimal annotated data.

ZHANG Wenda
Research Personnel
Wenda worked on the research project Decentralized Intelligent Platform for Made-to-Measure Mass Customisation. She was responsible for designing and implementing blockchain and distributed system on fashion industry. Her research interests focus on the intersection of cryptography, blockchain and fashion applications.
